When Im using hotspot or my phone. The library and fiction are all empty.

Are you sure? I use my iPhone to check the website when I am out of my house all the time and it shows up for me just fine.

Remember, you need to be signed in to order to view some sections of our website, including the library sections. If you are not signed in, these sections will show up as empty.
