For those of you that would want to breastfeed, have you simulated your milk coming and or simulated that you have milk ? Please provide details
I've never done this, but I'd suggest putting some milk into some small kind of squeezy bottle or dropper, and once you have your shirt on, putting drops of the milk over your nipples.
i've tried to get myself to lactate but thus far it hasn't worked
I have managed a few drops so far, pump every two hours for 20 min with my double electric pump and taking fenugreek and mothers more milk plus liquid, I love the feel of the pump and very jealous of women lol
