Gio is still in tears, as he thought that someone was keeping checks on Kole but nobody bothered to do so.

Amanda starts CPR. "Check the monitor, see how long it's been," she says to Gio clinically. She meets his gaze. "I need you to help me help him."

Gio looks at the monitor, but the signs are not good.

"Been an hour, at the very least." Gio replies. "Maybe more."

"Do you want me to keep going? See if you can get fetal heart tones." She suggests. "If you want, I'll call a code and get a tube and all."

"The babies could be delivered and sent to the ICU, for they are okay, but for Kole, will need to find out how to contact his family because he's had no heart rate for over an hour and you know what that means." Gio replies, with sadness in his eyes.

She calls a couple nurses in. "Get him on support," she says. "Gio, do you have someone in his file to call?"

"Support would not help him, as he's got no brain activity. He's already dead, and he has been for an hour." Gio replies.

"Its to keep blood flowing for the babies," she explains. She takes him out into the hall. "Go ahead and call someone, so we can get these babies out."

Gio calls the surgical team, and they get to work delivering the babies.

"Find anything on any family?" She asks, putting an arm around him at the nurse's station.

"They all disowned him when he became pregnant." Gio sighs.

"Well, you have to inform someone," she sighs. "Let's figure this out, then get back to Layla."

"He's got nobody, as, as said, his family shunned him when he fell pregnant. He does, however, have a 19-year-old sister, who was also shunned but because of her coming out as LGBT, and she was the only one who talked to him afterwards."

Gio then calls said sister (her name is Belle).

Gio calls, but it's not the sister that answers, as it's her best friend, as the sister is in hospital with breathing difficulties.

"His sister is in hospital with breathing difficulties." Gio puts down the phone. "That was her friend on the line."

"Oh no," Anna sighs. "So I guess we keep going on as normal until we hear from the OR."

"OR have already delivered the babies." Gio replies. "None of them survived."
