Thor looked between the two of them, then towards the foyer a few feet from the entry way of the living room,"Do you have any visitors?"He asked finally, he had a sense just like any other god to feel the presence of the strong and weak, gods felt differently than mortals and demi gods felt completely different. There was even a faint noise he heard, his brows furrowed,"Another child?"

Tony follows Thor's gaze before he lightly kisses Amery's hair again. "I was doing some research. Why are you here?"

"I told you, I've gotten a lead on my brother. I've come to take him home before S.H.E.I.L.D imprisons him in their own facility."Thor replied, tilting his head some the other way and frowning up as he looked to the human,"What type of research?"He asked, unknowing that Loki sat upstairs trying to shush the newborn as best he could, the god walked past Stark to the foyer. "Sounds so...real."He glanced back at the mortal slightly.

"What makes you think that he's here?" He silently hoped that Loki could get the child to quiet down, or that Thor would just leave, but neither looked too promising. "Just some research."

"I can feel him."He replied simply, moving towards the stairs,"How have you captured him?"He asked, trying not to accuse his friend, one he has shared shwarma with, of being a traitor,"Is he okay?"He asked further, no matter what Loki said he was still and would ever be his brother.

Tony takes a few steps toward him, reaching out to grab onto Thor's shoulder. "I need you to stay here, just for a few minutes." He glances at Amery before holding him out to Thor. "Watch him for me, I'll be right back." He doesn't give Thor time to respond before he makes his way back upstairs and into the bathroom.

Thor looked at Tony and nodded some at the statement,"Alright."He agreed and took the boy from the human, looking at him for a moment then placing him down on his feet. Amery grinned and took his hand as he dragged him off to play, while Tony went up to meet Loki once more. Who was having trouble quieting the baby, he wasn't sure why, he was trying his hardest and it just seemed that the child didn't want to settle. He had tears in his eyes,"Sorry... Sorry, he just won't stay quiet."He was fretting over the demi god now, trying everything he could, feeding him and stroking his back and hair to no avail.

"He knows your here." Tony reaches to take the still crying child from Loki's arms before grabbing a towel to wrap it up in as he gently pats its back as he holds it against his chest. "He's intent on seeing you before he leaves, and I have a feeling he's starting to put two and two together."

Once the boy was out of Loki's arms and into Tony's he quieted down some into soft whimpers against his chest, the god looked up at his lover. "I can't..."He shook his head slightly, looking up at the human,"What if he hurts you because of it?"He asked, then looked towards the door slightly, then pressing his hands against his belly,"What if..."He couldn't finish his thought, pressing his lips together and shaking his head,"Tell him to leave."

Tony looks to Loki as he continues to pat the baby's back. "I don't think he's going to." He looks toward the door before sighing. "I'll try." He carefully passes the baby back to Loki before going to find Thor once again.

Loki huffed as he looked towards the ceiling, his hands roamed the mound of his belly before lifting them to take the quiet baby in his arms again. He was still sniveling, though it was quieter as the child pressed itself into his chest, the birth father nosed his scalp.
Thor stood at the foot of the stairs after finding a way to slip away from the child, he had taken off his armor and placed down Mjolnir beside him. He looked to be piecing things together in his mind, he wasn't stupid, he only took time to actually see the truth in things. The god seemed about ready to finally ask what was on his mind exactly.

Tony takes it to the top of the stairs before he stops. He and Thor seem to have a stare down for a few minutes as Tony waits for the God to speak. At least without his armor he didn't seem as...threatening.

"You're protecting him from me."He mentioned finally, watching the human carefully and shifting his footing slightly,"My brother never needs anyone to protect him unless he is of dire need."Thor made no mention of knowing that Amery was his son, he wasn't exactly worried about the boy, he was worried about Loki... They hadn't spoke about what had happened the last time they were alone together, he didn't want to do that either. "Let me see him."

"He doesn't want to see you." Tony's voice was even as he spoke, no hesitation, no fear. He continues to stare Thor down though he says nothing more. He was missing time with his family because of this, and though he had been there for the birth of the first, he didn't intend to miss the second, or any afterward.

Thor's brows furrowed somewhat as he looked up at Tony,"I want to hear that from him."He replied,"I'd say we have much to discuss, considering that there is a boy in the next room who I am sure to be my son and there is another child up there that you are hiding along with my brother."He looked at the human, not budging at all from the bottom of the stairs as he moved forwards.

Tony continues to watch him for a few more minutes before he turns to head back toward the bathroom. He knew that Loki wouldn't be too happy that he didn't send Thor away, but there was no way he was going to leave now that he knew the truth.

Thor followed up the stairs behind Tony, into the bedroom and then towards the cracked bathroom door, his heart began pumping even faster than before. He wasn't sure what to expect,"Should I wait?"He asked quietly before heading in, he stood uncomfortably, he hadn't seen his brother in so long. Especially after what happened.

Tony motions for Thor to wait outside the bathroom door before he slips into the bathroom to check on Loki. He moves over to the tub before taking a seat. "He knows, he won't leave without seeing you."

"Get me out of this thing."He said and shifted upright slightly with a small frown, he didn't look at Tony as he traded the baby back over to him gently. "I'll speak to him."He said simply and tried moving his legs, groaning softly as his body moved to adjust to his weight, labor was still underway. Though he couldn't focus knowing that two of his lovers were around and on the brink of conflict.
