I haven’t seen anything about a release or that’s it’s playing somewhere. But this description is from the teaser trailer on YouTube. So it should help with you with the plot of the movie.

“A documentary crew follows the world's three first pregnant men throughout the final term of their pregnancies as they try to keep their identities secret from the public & struggle against the corporation that impregnated them. A mockumentary-style comedy about gender, privilege, and empathy.“

It was just a private premiere showing, only meant for cast and crew. It will have its general public screening soon.

Their website has a pretty good F.A.Q. that answers some questions. I'm assuming the preview might air there.
They say it will be available for purchase, but you can also watch it for free.
