You’re not missing much, that screenshot with him at the doctor is pretty much the only belly shot if that’s what you’re looking for, otherwise it’s mostly just what has already been shown in the trailer. There is no birth scene, for him that is, so nothing there if that is what you’re looking for.
I wasn’t able to look at the behind the scenes DVD, because it was a separate disc and a DVD, not Blu-ray, so I couldn’t watch it yet, I will be getting a region-free player later on.
Storywise, it was a really cute little short film about a man being there completely for their pregnant partner.

Damn...so I guess that was a waste of everyone's time and resources then? I know it's a music video but I wasn't expecting the trailer to represent the entirety of the short film.
In any case, do you think it would be possible to upload it anywhere? Perhaps a mega-drive or something to be shared?

Wow thanks a lot I've been looking for the link to watch this since years ago. I love the concept of this type of pregnancy & eventho it doesn't have the birth scene yet I satisfy that the belly scene looks perfectly round.

I do wish we had English subtitles, but seeing him lying there for that extended scene with that hot belly exposed and the jeans unbuttoned was great to see.
