Anna nods, gently opening his legs a bit more so she can check him. She quickly examines him. "A little lip left, but I believe he can push through it." She grabs the doppler to check the babies' heartbeats again.

"Gio? Ready to do some pushing?" She asks, smiling. She continues listening to the babies' heartbeats.

"Let's wait for the next contraction." She looks at the doppler with a look of concern. "Doctor?" she asks with a bit of concern.

"Something wrong?" Dr Takeda looks at Anna.

"Heart rate dropped to 100. Can we get him on some oxygen? That helps sometimes." She notices Gio getting upset. "Honey, it's alright. This happens fairly often," she says, wiping his tears.

Dr Takeda grabs the portable oxygen machine and gives it to Anna without getting it wet. He puts the mask on Gio.

"Just take deep breaths for a few minutes before we try some pushing," she explains to Gio. She adjusts the flow of oxygen.

Amanda waits for a few minutes before checking the hear rates again. "Up to 108," she says to Dr. Takeda.

"Is that a good thing?" Gio hears what Anna has said.

Gio squeezes Dr Takeda's hand. He doesn't mind giving birth with a mask on, as he spent most of his time recovering from the accident with one on.

"Good, you're doing great," she encourages. "Try and wait for the next contraction to push."

Gio nods, and waits for the next contraction. It comes on, and he pushes.

Gio rests after the contraction, and allows Anna to check the heartbeat.
