Anna guides his hand down to the baby's crowning head. She smiles as he gets a look of amazement. "Doctor? Want to take a look?" She asks quietly.

Dr Takeda immediately takes a look. He smiles and cries tears of happiness.

As if on cue, another contraction comes on. Gio pushes with all of his might.

"Head's out Gio," she says, gently supporting the baby's head. She hopes they will bot take a look. She gently runs her fingers down the sides of baby's nose to expel any fluids.
