"What?" Gio is trying to fight the urge to push.

"Breech is where the baby is bottom first in some way," she begins calmly. "In your case baby's feet first. It's okay, it takes a little extra work, and sometime they need a little help transitioning. It's going to be alright," she promises with sincere eyes.

Gio knows that this requires extra strength. When the next contraction comes on, he pushes with all of his might.

"Good Gio," she encourages. "You okay?" She mouths to Dr. Takeda.

"I'm okay." Dr Takeda replies.

Gio pushes with all of his might.

Gio is starting to show signs of exhaustion (he needs the mask again).

"Let's get that oxygen going again," she says to Dr. Takeda. "Deep breaths Gio, take a little break."

Dr Takeda turns the machine on and puts the mask on Gio. Gio takes deep breaths.

Gio nods, and when the next contraction comes on, he pushes. His hair is sticking to his head.
