"come on here come the shoulders -UGGHHHH" as soon as the shoulders are out Nathaniel gently maneuvers the rest of the baby out. Then lays back on the bed and starts pushing his next baby out. Unable to tale it "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH"
