Austin grinned and nodded slowly. "Yeah. I took a test today, and it said positive. I'm a couple days late, too," he said, squeezing her arm.

Austin nearly frowned as he noticed Lois forcing a smile. She didn't want another baby? When they were engaged, they talked about having tons of kids all the time! Well... maybe she was just tired.

"My dear, you look exhausted. I should've told you in the morning, not now. Let's sleep and discuss it further tomorrow," Austin replied.

Austin sighed deeply as Lois feel asleep on him. She didn't want another baby. He could definately. Everything from the fake smile to her whispered apology... did he something wrong? Her sister's kids were all conceived within six months of another's birth. To Austin, he was actually getting worried that he hadn't gotten pregnant again.

He stayed in his thoughts until he felt his eyes droop, eventually succumbing to sleep.

Austin smiled broadly as her arms wrapped around his waist. He continued to attempt to feed Rachel, which had been going okay so far. He still breastfeed her occasionally, but it was sometimes painful as she had started teething. It didn't matter, though. He already had another baby growing in his womb.

"I'm absolutely fine, my dear," he said. Their daughter seemed to be full, so he took her out of the chair and held her against his waist. "Think about it, Lois. Soon, I'll be perching her on my belly."

Austin smiled, bobbing Rachel up and down as she giggled. "She only really cried the first month and half. She's been great now. Isn't that right, baby?" he cooed, kissing her cheek. "I know, dear. Something doesn't feel right with a flat belly. I miss feeling a baby inside me. All the kicks, spins... and all the belly rubs," he said with a wiggle of his eyebrows.

(We could go through this pregnancy faster than the other one. Hit the important stuff, and have Lois in love with his belly again.)

*TIME SKIP*

Austin gave Rachel a big wet kiss, causing her to giggle and slap at his nose. He continued to play with his daughter, waiting for Lois to come. He was in his fifth month of pregnancy and they were heading for an ultrasound today. Hopefully, the baby in his belly would be visible enough to tell the gender. Austin heard the garage door open and a car pull in as he blew on his daughter's belly.

"Thanks hun. She's getting big. Hard to carry for a long time with this little one," Austin mentioned with a rub of his belly. He made sure Rachel was fastened in her carseat before settling in the front seat. He smiled at Lois as she pulled out of the driveway.

"Yeah, I'm good. This one's just REALLY active..." Austin trailed off, feeling the baby give a few kicks and punches to Lois's hand.

Since Lois was a doctor, they didn't live that far from the hospital. With her parking privileges, they parked close so Austin didn't have to walk far. Austin insisted on carrying Rachel in as they entered the paternity ward.

Austin reluctantly handed Rachel to Lois. They waited a couple minutes before Dr. Jenny entered.

"Ah, hello Mr. Lancaster! Good to see you again. And who do you have there, Dr. Lancaster?" Jenny asked, cooing to Rachel. The baby laughed as Lois bounced her and down. "Think baby girl. You were in Daddy's belly like this a year ago," Dr. Jenny with a soft pat of Austin's belly.

"Alright Mr. Lancaster, if you could pull your shirt up, we can get started here." Austin nodded and rolled his shirt to his chest, exposing his belly to the doctor once again.

Austin smiled as the familiar sound of a baby's heartbeat entered the room. Dr. Jenny moved the wand around his bump, checking all vital signs and areas.

His mouth dropped open as she announced he was having another girl. He was quickly brought back to reality with a kiss from Lois. After she broke it, his wide grin returned. "Another girl Lois!" he exclaimed. Grabbing Rachel from his wife, he perched his already-born daughter next to him. "Feel that, Rach? Daddy's gonna give you a little sister!" he cooed, placing the baby's hand on his belly.

*TIME SKIP*

"Shhh, hang on Rache. We're almost there," Austin cooed to his whimpering daughter. At 7 months pregnant, it was rather hard to turn around in car. He'd gotten used to having a belly, though, so he was able to spin around easily and comfort Rachel.

"How long, Lois? We went over the bridge ten minutes ago," Austin asked up to his wife.

"Still can't believe you bought us a house at the beach..." Austin chuckled with a shake of head. The pair had already somewhat decorated their summer getaway, but left it fairly plain- it was a beach house, not a mansion.

"Once we get everything unpacked, wanna head to the beach? It's two blocks, right?" Austin asked, taking Rachel back from Lois.

"Ah yes... I was still thinking of the other one we were looking at..." Austin trailed off, erupting into laughter at Lois's attempts to dress Rachel. "Jeez, Lois, you wear swimsuits like this too," he giggled, putting on Rachel's suit the right way.

"I need your help clipping the bra on," he said, slightly embarassed. With his pregnancy and the baby, the days of going around shirtless were ever. His breasts were always engorged with milk nowadays, and probably would be for years to come. Paternity bras were common for men, and certainly many guys at the beach would have them on.

Austin laid down the towel with a heavy sigh. God, he loved the beach. The sound of the gulls, the roaring waves... everything. He dug his toes into to sand as he kept an eye on Rachel, who started playing nearby.

"Could you some sunscreen on my belly, dear? I wouldn't want anything to happen to this little one," he said with an affectionate pat of his bump.

(What's this baby's name?)

"Sam's a bit too active right now to go swimming," Austin noted. On a whole, this baby was much more active than her sister. Samantha never seemed to stop wriggling in his womb. She was a bit smaller than Rachel when Austin was carrying her, giving the second baby a bigger womb and less weight to move around.

Glancing around, Austin noticed many pregnant husbands with their wives. Most had a paternity bra on, too, making Austin feel a little less self-conscious. To be honest, baring his belly at the beach like this made Austin feel pride as a husband, father, and man all at the same time.

Austin laughed and placed a hand on his belly, moving in all sorts of ways from the activity inside. "Honestly, I did miss being pregnant like this. Thanks for putting another one in me, dear," he teased.

The couple basked in the sun for about an hour, tanning themselves in the summer sun. Austin dazed off a little, but not enough to not keep tabs on his baby in the sand. Eventually, the pregnant man grew extremely hot and thought his skin felt like sandpaper. "Lois, dear, can we take a dip?" he asked to his sunbathing wife.

Austin smiled and made sure to grab her hand so she couldn't go far, "Wow, honey, look at those!" he said, leading the family out into the waves a little farther. He couldn't help but check his wife out as she walked alongside him. Lois still kept her muscle tone, even with her job, and her face remained as beautiful as ever. Austin felt an arm snake around his waist and a hand lay on his belly as Lois claimed them as hers.

"Mmmm..." Austin sighed as the cool water came up to his knees. He noticed that Lois had picked up Rachel as they headed out deeper. Obviosuly, Lois was taller than him, so she could keep their baby girl out of the waves better than he could. "It looks calm over there, dear. I'd like to get my belly under, if possible," he said as they waded out deeper.

Austin quickly glanced over at the leering woman. She was giving him the eye... he knew Lois was mad, but he sort of liked it. He was sexy enough to draw looks from another woman.

Knowing he had to cool Lois down, he quickly leaned up to Lois and kissed her hard, moving her hands down to his belly so she could rub it.

Austin broke the kiss and took Rachel back from Lois. Well, if he did want that other woman to bug off, he'd want to look like as much of a father as possible. "Calm down, dear. She's just a flirt. You know people like that. Now, let's enjoy ourselves a little bit," he said. He was a little sad that he couldn't talk to the woman, but... wait, why was he upset? He was married, for goodness sake!
