Tony ignores them for the most part as he moves Amery into his arms to shield him from the camera before he slips into a rather expensive looking vehicle and disappears into the city.

It was months before Loki showed up again, Amery sprouted like a root and everyone just accepted the fact that he was an orphan though what wasn't so easily accepted was that the boy was already up moving around on his own and even beginning to communicate more. If not with actual words, but anything else he could find, drawing and pointing, when Loki finally made his appearance it was sudden and like he had just popped out of nowhere as he kneeled in front of his son with a small smile while his hand moved to run through the boys shaggy blonde hair,"Hello."He took a seat beside the toddler while his attention was fully on the television,"What are you watching?"He asked gently, though didn't have any time to get an answer before he heard Stark come into the room.

Tony stops just inside the doorway, his gaze landing on Loki and Amery as they say on the couch. He stares for a moment or two before finally deciding to move further into the room and over to the couch as he handed Amery his sippy cup which the toddler took eagerly, his eyes never leaving the television.

Loki stared in return then turned his gaze back towards Amery when Tony came inside of the room, he smiled softly with a sigh with his hand rubbing over his son's back before pulling back again,"Thank you."He said to Tony, looking at him and then looking towards the tv,"What the hell do you have him watching?"He laughed softly, sitting back and trying not to be too awkward.

"I actually have no idea, Clint found it and he's been here even since." Tony shrugs as he leans against the couch.

"Clint?"He tilted his head slightly, thinking about it,"The archer?"He asked then nodded as he looked towards the boy,"Wouldn't you rather play outside?"He offered and the little boy shook his head as he sipped from his cup and sat back comfortably, the God chuckled softly and leant in to kiss his head softly then look up to Tony,"So, everyone knows about him?"He started off on a new topic.

Tony shrugs lightly. "They know enough but there are all kinds of different stories floating around."

"Stories?"He rose an eyebrow while pushing his long black hair over his shoulder and reclining on the couch while his arm wrapped around Amery to pull him into his chest, resting his head against his gently and looking at Stark,"What kind of stories? They're all about him?"He ran a hand through the boys hair.

"Stories about how exactly I ended up with him. I found him, he's actually my biological kid that his mom just dropped off and left...." He chuckles softly "There's one where one of the aliens knocked me up and that's where he came from."

"Mom's a blonde?"He smirked and looked down towards his son as he leant against his chest with his eyes slightly closed, the god's own eyes tried slipping closed though he looked towards Stark with a small laugh,"That's funny."He chuckled himself and looked at the human,"You never wanted kids before have you?"He asked and sighed,"Thanks... I just... I appreciate you. You seem like a good father."He sighed,"Maybe even better than me."He shook his head.

Tony shrugs "No, I didn't, I'm still not so sure that this is real and I'm not just going to wake up soon." He glances over at Loki. "If you want, you can use my room, nobody will bother you."

Loki smiled crookedly at Tony with a shake of his head,"No... I've tried to convince myself of that too, but believe me, this is no dream."He replied then looked down towards Amery, pulling him into his lap and holding him gently as not to disturb his show that he was watching,"Are you sure you want to house me? Am I not being sought after by your worlds government?"He asked in reply and sighed as he looked down,"Why don't you just want me to rot alone like the others?" He frowned slightly,"You're just like Thor, always being too...kind. If it's not for your own good, why do you do it?"He looked away slightly,"I've never understood that."

"It's what humans do, some of them at least." He looks down at Amery before smiling softly. "Government, who cares about the government, they've never done nothing for me anyway."

"What humans do?"He repeated softly and pulled his son onto his lap fully as the little boy began snoring against his chest, his brows were furrowed slightly as he thought about it. The god stroked the soft hair of Amery's head and exhaled quietly, lifting him up into his arms as he stood,"I think... I'll take that offer, if you'll still have me."He looked towards Tony,"Where is the bedroom so I can lay him down?"

Tony gets up before having Loki follow him to the elevator, them stepping inside before heading up to Tony's room. "Most of the time he just sleeps with me so....." He shrugs.

Loki watched Tony,"You shouldn't let him do that."He replied, rubbing his son's back gently while his mouth pressed a kiss to his head once more,"He'll get spoiled."He told him, looking down to the boy and running his fingers through his hair again, he didn't want to not hold his son any more. He didn't want to go without him again, the boy was his little piece of home, Thor and himself within this child in his arms.

"I have a feeling he's already spoiled." Tony stands there for a minute or two before heading toward the door. "I'll come and check on you later, might bring you something to eat."

Loki laid Amery down then made a place beside him on top of the bedsheets as the little boy settled down beneath them, he didn't reply to the first comment. Though nodded at the second, the god of mischief soon then fell into a light beside his son for a while. Until waking up long before the boy and getting up from the bed to disappear into the bathroom for a short shower. Then heading back out in one of starks robes before the other had a chance to see him again, he went downstairs to the kitchen where he was fixing supper. Climbing onto the counter beside him and sitting there quietly a moment with his dark, wet hair draping over his shoulders and his ivory colored hands sunk into the robe's pockets while he watched the human prepare the food.

Tony doesn't acknowledge Loki's presence as he continues to prepare the meal. It took nearly 30 minutes for him to finish.

Loki had reached forwards to place his hand on Tony's shoulder, wanting the human to look at him and give him attention, he wanted it just like the day he had birthed Amery. He wanted the mortal, his hand moved up to wrap around the back of the other's neck gently and shift onto the edge of the counter slightly. Leaning forwards and closing his eyes as he just wanted the closeness for now, not sure if he wanted much else after that.
