Fate Betrayed (open for one) - Grimly - 01-14-2017

Open for one.
PM me for plot expectations and setting details first, please.

This will have multiple characters, each of us creating both a seeder and a carrier. The first of which are:

My 1st character
name:Char Nach'Hama
race: Diety;panther (will explain in PM)
age: 25
appearance: 5'9" brown skin, amber eyes, short curly dark brown hair shaved just above both ears, athletic build.
position: carrier

Your 1st character
name: you choose
race: Fae
age: you choose
appearance: you choose.  (Can be changed from the way I vaguely described him in my intro below, but it must be a man, not some willowy almost girly thing. Not opposed to that type of character, just not for this pair.  that said, I do like variety in parings.)
position: seeder

-----------------------------

The stench in the arena was an erotic cocktail to the masses. Blood, sweat, horse manure, the rotting flesh of man, beast, everything in between, and beyond tainted each breath the champion took. What was deemed by the average to be a gut churning scent, was common place to the the pair facing off in the arena.   It didn't effect the human champion, nor the new challenger Char Nach'Hama. Voices shouted the repulsive shortened version of his name, as they waited for the call to battle to be sounded. Hundreds roared in support of the newcomer, pleased by his recent streak of victories. It was a challenge to tolerate the diminutive label, a slight he knew none of them understood.  None here used his proper title, most could barely pronounce it. The creature was beyond caring about what humans did or thought of him. His time of freedom was at hand. His freedom, or his death. Of late, they seemed one in the same.

Nach'Hama clenched his teeth, grinding so hard, enamel pierced the flesh of his bottom lip. It was no matter. He would bleed, they all would bleed, and then death. He would kill every last one of them before that final darkness took him, should they try and trick him like the other champions before him. He shook his head to clear his mind, but that only made the crowds scream with blood lust at some ill perceived barbaric gesture. Nach'Hama was no animal, neither was he human. His blood was of divine creation, joining feline and man with the blood of gods. A created being, not some lowly bred subspecies like the werecats in the cell next to his down below them, but these humans did not know the difference. To them they were all the same.

Fools.

Amber eyes scanned the crowd, focusing on the guest of honor. A fae. An elf of the eastern mountains, judging by the dark hair and emerald eyes. It was surprising to see one here. Very few took to gambling with the humans, especially not the blood baths thought up by sadistic, bored, fat, rich men. Nach'Hama snorted in disgust and adjusted the grip on his staff. Unlike the rest, he did not lower his eyes when they met, the holy feline tilted his head slightly, chin up, eyes widen a fraction in rebellion. A silent challenge even. Nach'Hama cowered to no one.

The deep throaty laugh was not expected, nor was how pleasant it sounded to his ears. A haunting spell only he noticed, it seemed.  This thread of confusion planted a seed that taunted him, even up to the point of battle. This was not just any fae.  Hama wanted to know who this male was... but he had to live in order to discover that. Purpose and hope are mysterious treasures not to be taken lightly.

So be it. His eyes returned to his opponent as the gong sounded. The sadistic grin Nach'Hama flashed at him threw him off his game, giving Nach'hama an irresistible opening. His first blow nearly crippled the man fracturing his right hip which caused and instant limp in his gait.  Deeming the male had served his purpose, Nach'hama would make this the final battle and relieve this human of his miserable existence. And should they refuse to award him his freedom as promised it would be a day to remember, for all that survived.
