It’s from a new Brazilian show called “A Vida Secreta dos Casais”, from what I’ve read it’s about a sexologist and there will be an episode where she meets a trans couple where the husband becomes pregnant.

That's beautiful. It's a shame there's probably nowhere to watch it, with or without English subtitles. Sigh.

Just found out a bit more about the show. It’s a scripted show, and this storyline will appear in the 10th episode. There are 12 episodes scheduled.
