Saw this floating around the internet the other day:

Not mpreg, but I think it's clear the guy obviously just likes spreading his seed and getting people pregnant...he doesn't charge and has absolutely no restrictions seemingly on who/where/how he does it.

Kinda makes me wonder, if it were possible, if he wouldn't turn down letting a guy carry his child...

Not mpreg, but idk, something about it admittedly got me aroused.
