Very few people were brave enough to venture so deep into the mountains. And the few who did and met the elusive Avians knew to keep their secret. They called this valley home, protected on all sides by the rough mountains. The forest here was ancient, trees bigger than most buildings, a few partially hollowed out for living spaces. Hitsugi's home had a deck running around the trunk, with the platform sticking out near the doorway and a bridge connecting it to other buildings.
