There is a quick, blink and you'll miss it mpreg sighting in the opening credits of Phillip K Dick's Electric Dreams. The show is a Twilight Zone-esque show with a sci-fi twist. Sighting is found around the 00:29 mark. So far, does not appear to be more mpreg beyond that.

That's one of the most visually amazing openings I've ever seen, and in general (love the music playing too). The Mpreg scene could have stood out a little more, like some of the other visuals but was worth the cameo lol.

Don't doubt for a second that they'll eventually involve a possible MPreg-related episode in there too (and hopefully doesn't rely on comedy).
