I'm not sure if anyone posted this already, if so I'm sorry.
On season 3 episode 6 Curtis, a character who has the power to switch genders accidentally gets himself pregnant. There's no belly or anything, but It's very interesting. You can watch it on Hulu for free. Sorry I couldn't get a link :(
