Trying to find short film - jxs666 - 10-31-2018

I saw a short film a while back. I believe it was mostly silent. The wife or girlfriend ends up leaving once she finds out he's pregnant. I think they lived in a trailer or a small house and he ends up having the baby alone. That's all I can really remember
