My Sims 4 Mpreg Couple - Valitas - 06-08-2019
Made a couple and had them get married but I was too hasty (wrong kind of day, timing and no good relationships with friends yet) and no one came to the party :( I've always wanted to see mpreg marriage. It's very romantic and hot at the same time. Tried to make him hold his pee so it would look like his water broke when he wet himself. It's so much fun since no mods are needed <3

Gary is trying on his new lingerie feeling sexy and big. He had been having cramps but ignored it. He then felt so much pressure on his lower belly, he thought he needed to pee but it's his water breaking.
Tom encouraging Gary between his contractions. Gary even tried to eat to keep fuel his energy. They then had their baby boy, Lindt.

You can set your sim to get someone else pregnant or get pregnant with this setting during Create a Sim process :)

Did some research and experiments on mods and pose packs and later made these. I used pose packs by https://thesimmanual.tumblr.com/ , or just simple Google 'The Sims 4 labor poses' if you don't fancy scrolling coz I scrolled a lot.
I always adore seeing pregnant male laboring/delivering with beautiful backgrounds. These themes are inspired by royalty and fairy theme.

My sim accidentally got preggo after abducted by aliens haha. Didn't plan for this household to have any kids since we are focusing on their careers. Alien pregnancy is also longer than normal pregnancy.
