Holy shit! That was amazing! Was this something that was built up to or was him being pregnant just something that popped up in this scene only? Can’t be the only time we see him pregnant.
I love how they executed that birth too, instead of some goofy delivery.

Just got around to watching the series in the fullest and sadly, it was truly a one time situation brought on by something a bit comedically dark. Being an entity of Lust, Shadowy Mister Evans was indirectly summoned from Flex Mentallo (A super strong character) having an earth shaking orgasm with Elasti-Girl. It was enough lustful energy to summon him and conceive as a result
