Not too sure if this has already been posted, but just stumbled upon this film released on Tubi called "Twisted Fiction". It's a horror anthology which includes a story (couldn't really follow it) of an alien hypnotist who causes people to have hyper-orgasms (?) to find someone who can give birth to the next generation of aliens? Very unusual storyline...

Nice find, love anthologies. Just fyi to anyone curious who hasn’t seen, the belly scenes screenshotted here are really all that there are…there’s no real build up or implication of any pregnancy symptoms prior. Pretty much a sudden onset pregnancy and birth.
