This is an upcoming short series on Douyin named《说好的丁克老公你咋怀上了》, not released yet. The video is just the behind the scenes for the series, I've found some more clips as shown behind. I asked the creator when will it be released, but they just said "coming soon". So we'll just wait. The official release channel may be the one that jrcash found.
