No, he didnt finish it. Unfourtunely, after his site was closed, he moved some of the power man comic to another new website, started a new chapter, that replaced one of the original chapter, then he stopped his artwork again. Now, maybe U can find him on deviant art, his account seem to have no updated for half a years.
But at that site, there is another pregnant superhero, which is also pretty cool.

I wished belly577 would of finished it and see how far he would of gone with the story. Like on the deviant page he went and caused nightwing to believe he was packing on the pound but instead popped out a clone of himself and shortly after gave birth again even then the story stopped wondering if he's going to birth again

Surprisingly enough, I actually found these stories before I found MPC (at least, I think I did) when I was searching the internet when searching for stories like these. I wish he would continue them, especially the Blue Balloon stories/comics despite being hinted (in the story) that Blue Bullet/Blue balloon actually became the offspring of Grock, the alien plant life (feels like, to me, that it could be continued. I'm really not sure how he/she could continue it though. Maybe tell about his life as Grock's offspring, maybe the death of Grock, and possibly Blue Balloon turning another human into his own offspring). Also, I wish he would continue Power Man's story as it also feels like it could be continued (again, I don't know how).
It seems like whoever the real person is behind the name of belly577 has disappeared from the face of the internet for whatever reason (died, no more internet, real life got too busy, ran out of ideas, no longer interested, etc.).
Either way, he/she is sorely missed from the internet.
