Anyone know what this is from? Any idea whats going on with the plot?

I've never seen the show, but I recognize the female actress as Fabienne Carat. I only know her as a singer, I had no idea she did acting. And you are correct that the language is French.

My French is pretty rusty, especially with how quickly they're speaking, but here's what I could gather from the dream sequence in the second video:

Man: "To the hospital, now!"
Woman: "What's happening?"
*words I couldn't make out*
Man: "I'm pregnant!"
*words I couldn't make out, guy winds up in delivery room*
Doctor: "Here, get the sweat off his forehead--"
"Push! Push!"
*words, man gives birth*
Doctor: "Congratulations! I present to you an anchovy pizza."
*man wakes up from nap, confused*
