" I'm okay but I think I just had a contraction.
This being Roberts first baby he was unsure infill a second contraction hit him ouchhhh as my face goes red

My backs been aching for the past day, this is the first one I've felt it really hurt and my bottom feels really heavy.
I rub my belly the baby keeps moving a lot
