This guy is not pregnant. They were trying to get him out of the house without the police knowing it, so they came up with the idea of being the red dress lady's chauffer. While he was doing that, he had his head down, so the officers wouldn't notice thim.
This is what I understood just from watching the 6 minute video on Youtube.
