Male pregnancy as narrated by a woman but not male pregnancy as would be expected (to leave to imagination). Oh, and the terms used can be compared to those used by Stewie in Family Guy.

Cannot remember how I came across that, but sure glad I did as I cried with laughter and now I know what the guys at Viz could do with Buster Gonads (could explain why his cherries are actually over-sized pumpkins)
