The picture is a morph that I did of a screenshot from one of Film911's earlier abs/cpr videos. The model bloats his stomach a bit, but I gave it the extra umphh

I can hardly tell it was altered, you did a amazing job. I can remove the picture from the post if you want now I know where it's from.
