I am a cis heterosexual man in a relationship with a transgender woman. I discovered this site when my girlfriend and I were discussing a common fantasy that we both had - her making me pregnant with her sperm. We always relate to one another as man and woman but it’s the one time that we imagine I am the female and she is the male. Until a few days ago neither of us even knew that the other had the same fantasy.
