I fell down the internet rabbit hole last night and stumbled across the profile for this XTube user, MoobDood (http://www.xtube.com/community/profile.php?user=Moobdood) . He's got a lovely belly but most of all, he's got gynecomastia; for those who like lactation as part of the fantasy, he's got a nice set. In the vid Modelling [sic] he seriously looks pregnant and ready to nurse.
Fair warning, the video entitled "Feed The Baby" is not what I would have hoped. :s
