Advice on Supply and Demand in the Mpreg Community - InkingIncubus - 11-23-2014
Well, I guess I'll start of saying who I am. I've been an onlooker for some time, and I've been "in to" this sort of thing since I was really little without knowing how/what/why, -this- being mpreg (I do remember a dash of vore love when I was young as well).
I'm ftm/a teeny gender fluid working on the beginnings of transitioning, but as a lower-class, transgender university student (art student on top of that), I'm struggling to maintain grades, daily nutrition intake, and, well, sanity with not having the body I feel I should. I've never imagined being so broke in my entire life. ;-;
I feel like I'm a decent writer, and I'm working on the art bit, but I was wondering if there was a strong enough demand for certain kinds of -applications- in this subject, being art commissions, or, as I feel like there would be more of a demand for, flash simulations/cinematics/games.
Before anyone asks- I have considered personal photography/recording but I have several reservations about it. Better mentally safe than sorry.
If I made any of these graphic applications, how would be the best way to obtain patrons/donations/or pay? What would you think would be best received/successful/better for an art student with barely any free time? What would be a reasonable price for each? Here are the pros and cons I see of these...
Commissions
Pros:
-individuals get exactly what they want
-guaranteed pay
Cons:
-lower market
-fewer people enjoy the final product less
Flashes
Pros:
-relatively new/unexploited market
-better immersion/experience
-can either sell access or subscriptions
Cons:
-I have a fucking life and need to focus on passing my classes and building a -useful- portfolio that's smut-free
-I'm very new to programming and flash, so it would take forever to learn or possibly a partner in crime, which I would rather not bother with (less about the sharing of money, more about the privacy)
-chance of people recording content and sharing it/saving it leaving me unpaid for my service
I do know there's this game with patrons called "Breeding Season," whose format of pay is an option, but to obtain that amount of work would take an extremely long time for an individual, and I really need to work on my portfolio. x_x
Suggestions/input/questions/comments/kudos/random jokes? All are appreciated.
And don't worry, I will at least be sharing a rather sluttly role play for all I did with a friend in the near future. ;D I won't hold out on everything, lol.
