I was surprised not to see any "dating" threads here...that is, real-world dating...such as a man wanting a pregnant male wife...especially since many of the fantasies involve being impregnated...and I see nothing in the rules, or comments/questions on the rules, that bans such activity...am I missing something?

We don't prohibit them, but our members seem to be content using other services or meeting people here and getting to know them offsite.
I will point out that we do not and do not plan to offer any sort of hook up or dating services, but if you want to start a thread, please feel free.
There's also a "Would you date someone into mpreg" thread floating around somewhere. If I find it, I'll link it for you.
