Old Anime TV Series? - WhatsUpNoww - 09-01-2015

Does anyone remember like a more cartoony-anime show that involved like 2 girls and in the episode they shrunk down into this boys stomach and in order to get them out he had to "birth" them? I think it was posted onto the old forum a while back. But all I remember is that there was like a big, burly, black doctor who helped out? I don't remember much about it haha it just crossed my mind
