Can someone tell me what show these gifs are from? They might contain MPREG - GumiBare - 03-26-2016

I found these GIFS on tumblr and the guy in these last two gifs looks like he might be pregnant but I have no clue what show it is. 

A tiny explanation of the GIFS...... 

The girl is in labor in the car and suddenly the guy becomes pregnant with her baby. But I don't recognize the actors or the show.
