The film is about two gay men in a relationship. They have a female friend who is desperate to get pregnant. Unfortunately one of them has a low sperm count. It is up to the other one to donate his Sperm. This is not an Mpreg film. But the trailer had a quick shot of one of the guys saying "Wouldn't it be easier if I could just get pregnant?" As he lifted his shirt and pushed out his belly. Plus some shots of Sonograms.
