Those two aren't unknown, the first one is the Russian film "Беременный", the second is just a documentary (based on a book written by the narrator) about expecting fathers, there aren't any actual pregnant men shown in that film, though I must add that near the end of the film, the narrator mentions the possibility of men becoming pregnant in the near future.
