There was an episode on "Camera Cafe - España" where the character Jesús (Arturo Valls) seems to have gotten pregnant (or fat?) I can't tell, but the episode played out where from what I saw, a bet or something was going on, he's seen eating chips, and later in the episode he seems to act pregnant? I've been trying to hunt down this episode for many years now, I saw it once on YouTube, but not since. I don't speak Spanish so the search is harder. Maybe someone may have come across it? I vaguely remember the episode title, I thought it had 'fortuna' in it, but I could be wrong.

I think I might be on to something regarding this. I asked a user on Tumblr who has photos from the episode of Camera Café you're thinking of. He says it's from S3E18 of the show, called "Nueva Esperenza"? Hope this helps. If you happen to find it on YouTube or elsewhere, it would be great to see.
