Liam smiled gently letting go of his hand to hold the baby steady as one shoulder popped out and then the other and the baby slipped into his hands “It’s a girl baby” he said softly smiling brightly lifting her up and settling her on Steve’s chest

Steve gasps and stares at the ceiling, needing a moment to catch his breath and process what just happened.

Liam laid down next to him gently touching the back of the baby girl gently who wailed quietly on Steve’s chest “I’m so proud of you babe”

"I...I actually did it...?" Steve whispers.

Liam chuckled softly “Look at the crying child in your arms and you tell me” he laughed softly and kissed his boyfriends forehead gently looking at the little girl “She’s perfect”

Steve smiles tiredly and kisses the little girl's forehead "She's so beautiful..."

Liam smiled brightly “She is, and she needs a name” he said softly rubbing Steve’s forehead with his thumb lightly

"Angel" Steve grins at his boyfriend.

Liam laughed softly and kissed his head “Whatever you want babe, Angel it is” he said softly looking down at the baby

Angel had already calmed down and fallen asleep.

Liam smiled gently at the sleeping child before kissing Steve’s head “Babe, you should rest too” he said softly rubbing his boyfriends side lightly

"Yeah, I'm exhausted..." Steve yawns and gets comfortable in Liam's arms.

Liam hummed a lullaby softly to both his boyfriend and the baby

It doesn't take long for Steve to fall asleep in Liam's arms.
