He identifies as a man and is also very masculine, but he would be biologically female if he is actually pregnant.
If transmen don't take Testosterone or stop taking it, they have a menstrual cycle and can therefore become pregnant.
Ah, okay, got it. I couldn't check the tumblr on my phone because it was taking forever to load anything on it. So another trans-pregnancy. I'm semi surprised that isn't a little more common. But not too much.
