Larry didn't think much of the situation. From the way he saw it, they were making conversation and since his nose wasn't like Gerard's, he wasn't getting worked up about the situation as his partner was mentally.
"Full time sounds good," he responded. "I probably won't stay after the intern though since I'm still in school. It's a great way to expand my horizons though."
Had he heard right? The male said drifting. While Larry himself didn't actually get involved with some of the illegal street races, he knew a bit of the terminology, especially since he had plans to work on the Mustang he rode around in, eventually.
"Maybe I should stay around you for mechanic talk sometime" he joked. "My mother usually operates on cars, so I know a thing or two. My father on the other hand, liked to drill fĂștbol into the head. He's a dedicated Italian. You're not gonna tell me you're into sports next, are you? The first day already and I'm hitting off well with others. I must be lucky...for once."
That was glad to hear in that he was working with someone who was really competent. He practically gagged when he had to work on group projects at school, there being this one know it all who kept getting low scores each and every time. The professional world would have at him, but Larry was always prepared, constantly improving.
"Sure" he stated, moving past the male who had moved closer. Again, he didn't think much of it rather that Gerard was coming close to see what he worked on. He probably would have stiffed up otherwise. He pulled a few containers open, revealing his portfolio he hand drawn and sketched. "I usually run them through Paint Tool Sai or Photoshop, but I like working with pencils, pens and markers at times too."
Before them both were designs and details of a Mustang of course. Next to it were designs for soccer uniforms.
"Just a few personal projects of mine to sharpen the skills while waiting for the boss himself to tell us his ideas."
