Eli quickly followed Jace, wrapping an arm around his waist to turn him back around to face him. Eli pressed Jace against the Plexiglass window and shook his head "Don't you get it? I don't want anyone else, Jace." he said firmly, clenching his fist against the window. "I want you, and our baby. I want to spend the rest of my time, with you, in this shit hole." Eli pressed his lips to Jace's cheek, kissing away a tear drop.

"All those guys... I was just trying to make you jealous... trying to get under your skin... I didn't do a damn thing with them, we just laid up there ... I faked everything and they knew... I paid them to act like they were doing things with me... just to get a reaction out of you - anything out of you." Eli could feel tears forming in his eyes and he shook his head.

"I love you, Jace... I love you, so much, that it hurts... Please... don't separate us... don't separate our family." Eli said quietly, his voice clogged with emotion and tears as he stared down at Jace, a single tear drop tracking down his cheek as he stared into Jace's eyes.

Every ounce of love was true, written plainly and clearly in Eli's eyes - the pain, the hurt, the loss, but mostly the love, they were all visible in Eli's expressive eyes.
