[Belly Button]

There's clips of this knocking around on YouTube and I must say...that belly...ooof!

Going from slim/moderately muscular, to looking mid-term pregnant with his belly clearly pushing out and his navel begging to slightly stretch and notably shallow under pressure to that whopping fully stretched, rounded out beach-ball on the birthing table is incredible. 

I hate to nit-pick but the only off-putting thing about it for me are the veins. Take them away and that would be a terrific belly!
