He raises his eyes as he mentioned a doctor and feeling weak. He was pale thinking he harmed his wife and child last night but kept quiet about it. He silently took his hand and kissed the knuckles wishing both mother and child would be okay "it will be fine, I'll take care of you both as I should have before but didn't cause I was to shy. Can you forgive me for that?"
