I rented the film from Amazon Prime. Spoilers ahead:
It's a sweet, intriguing film, with some annoying buddy comedy elements. As another poster said, the sex scene ends up being somewhat beautiful, but not until after they do a "no homo" routine about it.
It's Mark Duplass's character that gets pregnant. The story is that isolation from the world is causing him to grow breasts and female reproductive organs, and to menstruate. He eventually gets pregnant and has a belly, but it's not particularly pronounced, and it's never bare.
And most disappointing of all for me, there is no birth scene...The filmmakers passed up an opportunity to dramatize a scene of Mark Duplass giving birth vaginally (and naturally, no doubt, considering how far away the characters are from a traditional hospital). I feel very deprived of what could have been a most amazing scene!
