I cross dress as a pregnant woman quite regularly. I have a silicone belly and breasts and recently acquired a bump. I'm pretty masculine looking in the face so I never go out in it but pictures from the neck down I look pretty realistic. If anything though it just makes me wish even harder I could get pregnant!

I do the same thing. I have the belly, bump and breasts. I do go out in public sometimes depending on how I'm feeling and what I need to do that day.
