I don't think I could drink that much liquid over a short period of time, I have to admit! I know I could handle that amount if I could space it out over an afternoon and/or evening but I know I'd need the toilet over that time period.
Anyway, very little has changed in my own bloating methods over the last near nine and a half years since my last post to this thread. A combination of fizzy drinks/beer and eating a big meal that's reasonably heavy on the carbohydrates. Not exactly healthy I know, but has given me my best results over the years.
My next bloating session comes towards the end of this month - which I really ought to start preparing for.
