I'm one of your spies and do a double switch, giving you a regular bag of catnip and hide the potion in my stomach. Now, I win! (what? I can't drink it? well, why do I want it? Ok, fine....) I put it on my shelf with a piece of paper that reads "Pregnancy Potion!" knowing that no one would be stupid enough to think I'd just leave it out in plain sight.
