I speak spanish and I don't think the movie is about mpreg. The correct translation of the description is:
Grávido tells the story of Tomás, who returns to his hometown, where he confronts the ghosts of his past, and the intolerance of that old place.

And the trailer shows Tomás trying to leave bad things for him (like self-medicating, that's why he is with the doctor, and also that's why he is talking and crying to that other girl, he is telling her: "I regret, Paula"). I think that the title might suggest mpreg, but the rest of the information doesn't match with that.

So, this is another one of those films where the content and title are irrelevant to each other? Damn.
