The whole premise of the story is about one of them trying to get the main protagonist to have his baby, and most of the characters are the product of two men, if not two women. Plenty of the men have been or do get pregnant, it's just never obvious.
As far as I know when I read it there wasn't any really obvious belly, even if they were to be full term, which was explained in a kind of extra page I didn't really glean too much from because it wasn't translated when I read the manga. I think it was saying that because they were in their animal form for gestation and birth, and then shift around either two months... or was it two years???
The story is kind of interesting to say the least.
